An update about COVID-19
With the ongoing situation around COVID-19, we wanted to share an update with you. These are uncertain times, but we are sure about one thing: putting the health and safety of our team and our customers first is key.
We are doing everything we can to ensure the continued sanitization of all our products and facilities. Our team is committed to staying healthy, and helping our customers stay healthy, too.
We apologize for any delays in getting your order to you. Production or shipping may be impacted by global issues beyond our control, and cause a bit of a wait.
We hope to maintain regular order shipments as best we can, and we appreciate your patience. Please give your order 10 business days to ship. You will be updated with an email about delivery estimation and tracking once your order has shipped.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 14 days of receiving the goods at email@example.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
You may cancel orders for up to 24hours after placing an order.
Majority LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen package confirmed to be delivered to an address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Majority LLC will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be created, within 10 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (from Majority LLC to your address) will be deducted from your refund. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
